You're Invited: Winterland in Wrightstown
The Wrightstown Lions Club announces that this year's annual christmas Parade and Santa Visit will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2014. The parade will follow its normail route, beginning on School St. at 12:00 p.m., down Fair St. to Hwy. 96, utlimately ending atthe American Legion, with the Santa visit to immediately follow. Parade lineup begins at 11:00 a.m., with all entries needing to be in place by 11: 50 a.m., sharp.
The Wrightstown Lions club is seeking businesses, families, clubs, music groups, churches, or other organizations to join the parade. This years, parade theme is "Winterland in Wrightstown," and participants are encouraged to enter floates, vehicles, or walking entries featuring the theme. There is no charge for submitting a parade entry, and this is a great opportunity to provide exposure to your business, bond with co-workers, friends and family and to kick-start the Christmas season.

p.s. - Even if you are not interested in participating in the parade, don't forget to stop by and visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the American Legion from 1:00 - 3:00 (immediately after teh parde). Treats and activities will be provided for all children and like always, the santa visit is completely free!

THIS YEAR FROM THE WRIGHTSTOWN LIONS CLUB:
SANTA "CALLS"
In addition to meeting the big guy today, how would your child love to get a phone call straight from Santa confiming what he or she wants to see specially delivered on Christmas morning? More importantly, how would you like and extra opportunity for Santa to remind your child that naughty boys and girls don't get presents delivered from the North Pole?!
In conjuction with our annual Santa Visit, this year the Wrightstwon Lions Club is inviting parents/guardians to sign up for our Santa "Calls" List. In signing up, your child will receive a personalized phone call from Santa sometime between the hours of 3:00 - 5:00 on December 20the at which tmie Santa will "confirm" with your child those items he/she asked for during today's visit and further confirm that he/she is being on their best behavior.
To participate, all you need to do is fill out a sign-up form, which is located at the table by the front door and deposit the fom along with your donation to the Wrightstown Lions Club in a sealed envelope in the mailbox upon exiting.
**Suggested donations are: $5.00 for one child; $8.00 for two children; $10.00 for three + cihldren but any amount is appreciated.**
