Lead-Safe Renovator Refresher Training

This 4-hour course is designed for persons who are or have been certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health as a Lead-Safe Renovator and wish to satisfy the training requirement to renew that certification. Renovator certification is required for at least one member of each crew conducting remodeling, renovating or painting activities in dwellings and child occupied facilities constructed before 1978. This course is approved to provide four hours of continuing education credit for those seeking credits to renew their Wisconsin or Minnesota Residential Contractor Qualifier designation.
