What does your welcome mat look like? What is your visitor preparedness strategy? These are just two of the many questions for the Heart of the Valley that will be answered through the Department of Tourism’s Hospitality & Customer Service Workshop. All of the good marketing in the world won’t make a bit of difference if our customers do not have an exceptional experience. This is clearly true for businesses, but also for local groups sponsoring events that bring visitors here – and for the community as a “destination”. This workshop will help us be the best we can be in all of our customer interactions.
